Flogas Cylinder Promotion

By entering this Promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials. This will be strictly enforced by the Promoter.

General Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is run by the ‘Promoter’ – Flogas Ireland. Flogas Ireland registered office: Knockbrack House, Matthews Lane, Donore Road, Drogheda, County Louth and is administered by the ‘Administrator’ - Sweete, PO Box 12948, Blackrock, Co. Dublin.
2. This promotion is open to all residents in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland aged 18 years and over.
3. The duration of the promotion will run from 00:00 on 01st April 2026 until 23:59 on 31st March 2027. Any entries received after 23:59 on 31st March 2027 will be deemed invalid and will not qualify as an eligible entry.
4. Purchase is necessary for entry into the Promotion. The promotion is open to customers who purchase Flogas cylinder products in Flogas distributors nationwide.
5. To enter, customers must purchase a Flogas cylinder product in a Flogas distributor, upload proof of purchase (receipt) to www.FlogasFeelgoods.com/cylinderpromotion and enter their personal details (name, email, and mobile number), the distributor's name and county location to be entered into the prize draw to win each month.
6. The proof of purchase (receipt) is a photo of the receipt which includes; a) Distributor's name; b) Flogas product purchased; and c) Date of purchase.
7. The qualifying Flogas cylinder products eligible are: Butane 11.34kg, Gaslight 5kg, Gaslight 10kg, and Patio Propane 10.89kg.
8. Eligibility is determined by Flogas Ireland in accordance with these terms and conditions. Flogas Ireland's determination in respect thereof shall be final.
9. There are twelve (12) monthly prizes available to be won in total by fourteen (14) winners which include;

   11. Feb-27: Overnight stay for 2 Adults in 4* Hotel
   12. Mar-27: €/£500 Ryanair Gift Card
10. The Prizes are offered as stated and are non-transferable. No cash alternative in whole or in part, or alternative Prize to the stated Prize shall be offered or made available, however, the Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or lesser value. Cash value €0.001c.
11. The fourteen (14) Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries at the end of each month. The winner of each monthly prize will be contacted the following month: April’s winner in May, May’s in June, June’s in July, July’s in August, August’s in September, September’s in October, October’s in November, November’s in December, December’s in January, January’s in February, February’s in March, and March’s in April 2027. Winners will be notified by the Administrator. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the result, the Promoter and/or judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Winners will be chosen at random from a pool of people that correctly enter the Promotion following the Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold Prizes if participants have not met the qualifying criteria set out clearly in the rules of this Promotion.
13. Winners of the Promotion will be notified in the first week of each month. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Winners. However, if the Winners have not responded to the notification within 48 hours of notification or if a selected Winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative Winner using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.
14. The Administrator will send all Winners a prize letter for their holiday prizes and will arrange for the booking or delivery of the Winners' prizes, which may require the Winner to supply a contact email while other prizes may require the Winner to supply their full postal address including eircode. We are not liable for any damage or loss to a Prize caused by any third party. If a Prize is damaged or fails to be delivered, we have no obligation to provide a replacement prize.
15. By entering this Promotion, you explicitly consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purpose of the Promoter selecting, contacting and confirming the Winner. The Administrator, Sweete, will delete all entrants' information 14 days after the Promotion ends.
16. The information collected from the entrants is used only for the purpose of administering the Promotion, including fulfilling and delivering Prizes to Winner. Entrants acknowledge that this information is collected on the legal basis that it is necessary to administer the entrant’s desired participation in the Promotion. If you do not provide this information, participation in the Promotion will be factually impossible.
17. Customers who gave permission to share their data with Flogas to enhance their service and keep you informed about future promotions and offers, this data will be shared with the Promoter by the Administrator. This will allow Flogas to provide timely updates and exclusive details tailored to customers’ needs.
18. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller and to the Data Controller using third-party agencies to process that personal data for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
19. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Administrator accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this Promotion or taking up a Prize. Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for: (i) Any incorrect or inaccurate entry, or for any faulty, incorrect, failed, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions; and/or (ii) Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilized in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.
20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, corrupt or incorrect entries or for any malfunctions, errors or viruses in the software that has been designed to maintain the entrants’ details, or for any incompatibility with all, or any, hardware and/or software that entrants may use.
21. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, as applicable in accordance with where the cause of action arose, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, as applicable.
22. By entering this Competition, each Entrant consents to their data being provided to the Administrator for the purposes of processing entries, contacting Winners and rewarding Prizes. The data of all Winners will also be shared by the Administrator with the Promoter including any consent given by customers to share their data to be kept informed about future Flogas promotions and offers.

16. If the gift card is used in other countries, a currency conversion fee will apply. At this point, the fee is 3%.

Prize Terms and Conditions: Overnight Stay for 2 in a 4-Star Hotel

1. Description of Prize: Overnight stay for 2 in 4-Star Hotel.

4. This prize entitles the winner to an overnight stay in 4* Hotel for two adults. Choose between: Dublin, Kilkenny or Wexford. Breakfast is also included.
5. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time.

5. The name specified for the Gift Card recipient must be identical to the name on the recipient's passport, driving license, or any other form of personal identification. If the names do not match, the Gift Card will not be redeemable. While name changes are not permitted on Gift Cards, we will accommodate minor spelling corrections, provided we reasonably believe you are correcting a mistake and not trying to change the recipient's name to someone else.
